Dibond Mounting
Are you a frame hater? If so, don’t worry, we’re not offended. But if you are still looking for a way to display your artwork, you may be looking for a dibond mount.
Dibond mounts are an ultra-modern way to display your photographic art that allows the viewer to see the art and only the art, without having any frames detracting from the art. This method is highly regarded in the fine art world.
Dibond mounting is not reversible, so this process becomes part of the art. The photograph is coldmounted to a 1/8” piece of dibond and is then protected with a satin lamination. We also add an aluminum u-channel behind the mounted piece to add stability (in addition to spacing it off the wall to create a floating effect), which also acts as a hanging system.
